Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data RadioFMLive (radiofm.live) processes and why. We try to collect as little as possible.

Data stored on your device

Your favorite stations, recently played stations, volume level and color theme are saved in your browser's local storage, and your language choice in a small cookie (rfm_lang). This data never leaves your device and you can delete it at any time from the favorites page or by clearing your browser data.

Data we process on our server

• Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider records technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period by the host.
• Play statistics: when you play a station, your browser tells us whether playback started or failed. We store only daily totals per station. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way, salted hash for at most a few hours; we do not store your IP address in our database.

Streams

When you press play, your browser connects directly to the radio station's streaming server. That server, operated by the station or its provider, can see your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply.

Advertising and analytics

If advertising (Google AdSense) or analytics (Google Analytics) is enabled on this site, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads and to produce usage statistics. Where required by law, we ask for your consent first through a consent message, and you can change your choice at any time. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Moroccan law 09-08 or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Contact us at [email protected].
